Since the nature of creative projects can be multi-faceted and are highly customizable based on clients' needs, most freelance work will have project-based fees. If a project goes out of the defined scope detailed in the contract, extra freelance work is then billed hourly on top of the base project fee.

Training fees will be based on prep time, duration of training, materials/interactive components involved, and any required follow-up tasks post-training. Training fees will vary based on number of attendants, type of training being given, and total number of trainings.

If you have a question about a specific project or training, I am happy to meet for a free 45-minute consultation to hear about the specs and scope of the project to provide an estimated fee. Once the scope has been detailed in a contract signed by both parties, the fee will be locked in and will not change unless the project goes beyond the scope.
