Public Relations & Design

I produced the following materials as part of my journalism and advertising courses at Baylor. Each piece was created to communicate essential information to various audiences while making use of creative visual appeal. 

Design Portfolio

This was my final project as part of my media design course. This separate portfolio includes design samples and a reimagined layout for previously completed work. I used InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Magazine Final Project

This was my final project as part of my editing course. I was tasked with working with a group to come up with a magazine theme, tone and design. I wrote the headlines and designed the pages to the left using InDesign and Photoshop.

Unbound Social Media Post

These social media posts are part of the Unbound Media Kit I put together. I designed these posts and wrote the content based on research on my client's nonprofit. I designed these posts in Canva.

Library Card Fact Sheet

As part of my PR writing course, I was tasked with writing a news release and designing a fact sheet. I designed this piece using InDesign and Photoshop.

Baylor Newsletter Fact Sheet

This piece was created using InDesign and Photoshop for my PR writing course. This fact sheet was designed to accompany a newsletter whose audience is the Baylor Journalism Department.

This newspaper layout was designed as part of my editing course. I used Photoshop to edit the photos and InDesign to design the page layout.

This piece was created as part of my PR writing course. I was tasked with choosing an online blog topic, writing an article and designing it to fit an online context. I took the photos.

High-Level Product Specification

This piece was created as part of my entrepreneurship

course. I was tasked with developing an idea for a company. As part of the developmental and creative process, I was tasked with creating and designing a high-level product specification. I designed this piece in Canva.
